Return and Exchange policy:
- Requests for RETURNS or EXCHANGES are honored for the first 14 days after you receive your package. Please contact me first for return authorization and shipping instructions. For your convenience, click here for my return authorization form.

Need to exchange a chain or necklace for a different size? Has something arrived damaged? Please use the form above and we will be more than happy to accommodate your request.

REFUNDS for returned items are issued after I receive the item back and can verify its condition. (Excludes custom orders.)

South Paw Studios is not liable for loss or damage to items in transit for exchange or refund. Tracking service and insurance are recommended for all returned items.

Third-party sales:
- All sales are final for pieces purchased through a third party, such as an auction or an art gallery. The third party is the point of sale and is responsible for handling any post-sale logistics, such as returns or exchanges. As the artist, my role is focused on creating the work for them and concentrating on making one-of-a-kind pieces.
