Return and Exchange policy:
- Requests for RETURNS or EXCHANGES are honored for the first 14 days after you receive your package. Please contact me first for return authorization and shipping instructions. For your convenience, click here for my return authorization form.

REFUNDS for returned items are issued after I receive the item back and can verify its condition. (Excludes custom orders.)

South Paw Studios is not liable for loss or damage to items in transit for exchange or refund. Tracking service and insurance is recommended for all returned items.
